Welcome to Week 1 of the Balanced Moon Yoga Therapy Study with Stefanie Jillian! This practice is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and connected to your body — especially during times of stress, anxiety, or hormonal shifts. In this video, we focus on Root Chakra (Muladhara) connection through simple, accessible yoga postures that can help regulate your nervous system, build a sense of safety, and create calm before rest or sleep.

Funny Note: Mercury was definitely in retrograde when I filmed this one... so if the audio fades in and out a little — now you know why! (It still came through beautifully overall, thank you for your patience.)
