Four20 Yoga combines guided yoga flows and sound healing to deepen the connection between your body, mind and soul. This unique practice promotes relaxation and inner peace, and can provide healing benefits to both the body and the spirit.

Yoga Therapist Stefanie Hahn will guide an easy-to-follow yoga flow (perfect for beginner and intermediate yogis) followed by an 420 Friendly intermission. The second part of the practice will include restorative yoga poses while lying on the mat as we enjoy a Sound Bath from Sound Healer, Michelle Cintron, founder of Mystic Topaz Sound Journey. 

 

What's Included: 

  • 35 Minutes Beginner/Intermediate Yoga Flow 

  • 40 Minutes Restorative Yoga and Meditation with Live Musical Sound Bath

  • Yoga Mat (Unless you have your own!)

What to bring:

  • Water

  • Comfy Clothes

  • Optional: Blanket/Pillow for meditation
