New Earth Now
If you’re ready to step into a life of presence—guided by purpose, aligned with your truth, and connected to something greater—than join us on a sacred retreat where you’ll reconnect with your essence, feel a deep sense of belonging in the spirit of Earth and family, and return home with clarity, confidence, and inner peace.

You arrive and at once notice something different in the air—it is crisp, alive, charged with ancient energy. As you step onto the earth, your feet press gently into the soil, and the wind greets you like an old friend. The land is sacred, wise, and welcoming. You exhale fully for the first time in what feels like years. Your shoulders drop. Your nervous system softens. You are home.
As dusk settles, a gentle chorus of frogs begins to sing from the nearby pond, their voices echoing through the forest like nature’s lullaby. You sit by the fire as the first heartbeat of the drum begins—deep, slow, ancient. The rhythm rises and falls like a breath, and you realize it matches your own. Something within shifts. You are no longer separate from this place—you are part of the pulse of the Earth.
The drumming grows, not louder, but deeper, drawing you into yourself. Each beat dissolves the layers of stress you did not know you were carrying. Eyes closed, body swaying gently, you feel the invisible thread that connects you to the land and to the stars.
You are not lost. You are not broken. You are part of something timeless. Something whole. And with every beat of the drum, you remember.

People of all ages are welcome here. Whether you are coming solo, with a partner, a friend, or family, you will be held in a space that honors your unique path. This may be a multi-generational journey for some, while others may find stillness and growth in solitude. There is no expectation to attend every offering—this retreat is a choose-your-own-adventure, where spaciousness, freedom, and presence lead the way.
On this empowering adventure, through engaging activities and guided experiences, you will remember how to live the life you truly desire—so you can feel fulfilled and joyful every day.
Throughout our time together, with reflective practices and immersive moments in nature, you will awaken a deeper connection to your true self—so you can navigate life with clarity and purpose.
As we dive into self-discovery through heart-opening experiences—yoga therapy, dance, meditation, breath, and nature-based activities, you will cultivate deeper relationships, both within and around you, so you can feel truly supported and connected.
By unlocking your inner potential through creative expression, recreation, and holistic lifestyle integration, you will experience a renewed sense of vitality—so you can return home feeling expanded, inspired, and alive.

Upon your arrival at this breathtaking and secluded setting with over 100 acres of wild and scenic Idaho to explore, you’ll be transported to a simpler time. Imagine starting your morning with an assortment of fresh fruits, creamy chia puddings, hearty oatmeal with nuts and seeds, and a warm cup of herbal tea or locally brewed coffee. You enjoy breakfast slowly on the porch as sunlight spills over the hills—nourishing yourself in rhythm with the land.
Midday meals are light, cooling, and refreshing—colorful salads filled with seasonal vegetables, protein-rich legumes, homemade dressings, and vibrant toppings like sprouts, avocado, and toasted seeds. Everything is made with loving intention to energize and sustain you, especially during warm afternoons and outdoor activities.
Dinner is a grounding experience. Shared platters of roasted vegetables, nourishing grain bowls, plant-based stews, and soul-satisfying soups bring the community together in a celebration of flavor and Earth’s abundance.

And if food is your love language, you are in for a treat. This is not just about eating, it is about learning. You will have opportunities to participate in the kitchen, observe, and even help prepare meals alongside our retreat chefs. No secret recipes here—we believe in sharing the wisdom. Come curious, leave inspired, and take-home new ways to nourish yourself and your loved ones.

This retreat invites you to reconnect with your body, your truth, nature, and your sacred purpose. Each day invites you into a rhythm of renewal through ceremony, movement, stillness, and community.
We begin with gratitude and grounding practices to open the body and clear the mind. You will engage in intentional sessions of yoga therapy, music medicine, forest bathing and more to help unlock and awaken vitality. These practices are gentle yet powerful, and they meet you exactly where you are.
Throughout the week, we will gather for elemental ceremonies—water to cleanse, fire to release, earth to ground, and air to call in new life. These moments become anchors for your transformation, woven into hikes through sacred forest trails, riverside reflections, and star-lit drumming circles. We will also visit the Heart of the Monster, a powerful Nimiipuu landmark, to listen, learn, and reconnect with the deeper stories of this land.
In the kitchen, we engage with food as medicine. Experiential learning opportunities let you step into the process of creating meals that nourish from the inside out. This retreat is about remembering that your everyday life is sacred including what you eat and how you prepare it.
There’s also space for play and adventure. Whether you choose to engage in a community game of fun, go for a hike, soak in the hot tub, or journal on the porch in quiet reflection, —you will find your own rhythm in this choose-your-own-experience.
Throughout it all, you will be guided with wisdom shares prompts, and emotional integration tools to help you gently unravel the parts of yourself ready to be seen, healed, and loved. You will leave with more than just memories—you will leave with practices, insights, and inner clarity to carry forward.
