This 12-week course was created by Trauma Release Integral Health and Yoga Therapist, Emili Estelle to help women work through trauma, relieve stress, improve sleep, and increase overall health and wellness. Each week will have: -one live 90-minute online discussion -30 minute yoga asana video -10 minute guided meditation -one weekly journal exercise Over the 12 weeks, you will learn coping skills to regulate the nervous system, move stored emotions out of the body, practice trauma recovery yoga and meditations, and improve your overall health and well-being. Weekly themes centered around the yoga sutras such as contentment, truthfulness, and non-harming.
