Sink into deep relaxation with an Immersive Sound Bath led by Yoga Therapist, Stefanie Jillian designed to soothe the nervous system, support emotional release, and promote inner renewal.
Participants will rest comfortably as resonant sound frequencies from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and voice gently guide the body into a meditative state. This experience is intentionally designed to help quiet the mind, ease stress, and create space for deep rest and restoration, perfect for resetting during the holiday season.
No movement is required. Simply lie back, receive, and allow the vibrations to do the work.
