Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practiced laying down with a pillow behind the knees and a folded blanket or pillow under the head. Body sensing is used to relax the participant and release muscles that may be holding tension and trauma from past events. 

Relaxation Yoga is an adaptable practice offering multiple variations of poses in effort to find balance in strength and flexibility at any level of ability. 

Chair Yoga is an easy yoga practice available to almost everyone.* This practice is done sitting in a chair (preferably armless), perfect for beginner yogis and those with limited balance and mobility. 

*Yoga can be practiced by everyone, even participants that cannot physically move the body can visualize the body moving and use deep breathing techniques to obtain a well rounded practice.
