Inspired by iRest Yoga Nidra, this practice uses body awareness, breath, and inner resource to help you settle, ground, and feel supported from within. Suggested Set-Up:
→ Lie down comfortably with a blankets or pillow under the knees
→ Wear comfortable clothes and use a blanket or weighted blanket
